Our manufacturing factory Zhejiang Dongfu Intelligent Manufacturing Co., LTD. is located in Yuhuan, a southeastern coastal city of China, close to Taizhou, which is known as the "Hometown of Molds".

Workshop 1 - Raw Materials & Heat Treatment
This workshop, also called the 'Raw Materials Workshop', is responsible for the initial preparation of materials. It includes an extensive warehouse for raw materials and semi-finished products, as well as an area for blanking. The heat treatment area is equipped with advanced furnaces, including vertical annealing furnaces, T4 solution furnaces for aluminum alloys, and T5 aging furnaces. This section also has surface treatment equipment, such as magnetic polishers, sandblasters, and shot blasters.
Workshop 2 - Cold Forging
Known as the 'Cold Forging Workshop', this section specializes in cold forging processes. We have an impressive array of equipment here, including hydraulic presses ranging from 3,000 tons down to 200 tons (3000T, 1000T, 630T, 500T, 315T, and three 200T presses). This workshop also includes machinery for mold production and product gauges, enabling us to handle large-volume production with precision.
Workshop 3 - Machining and Final Processing
This is our 'Machining Workshop,' where the final machining, testing, and packaging processes are completed. We have four machining centers and over 30 of CNC machines in this area, along with inspection equipment such as a coordinate measuring machine, metallographic instruments, burst testing machines, hardness testers, profile projectors, imaging devices, and electronic universal testing machines. The workshop is also equipped with a dedicated packaging zone and a finished product warehouse to ensure streamlined logistics.
